SixTONES will release a new double A-side single, “Dance Forever / My Only,” on September 9, the group announced.
The single features two title tracks: “Dance Forever,” an upbeat number about embracing the present moment, and “My Only,” a love song about devoted, unwavering affection. “My Only” also serves as the theme song for the Nippon TV drama “Confession: The Secret 25 Years Later,” which stars SixTONES member Hokuto Matsumura.
The release will come in three editions: First Press A and First Press B, each bundled with a different DVD, plus a CD-only Regular Edition. First Press A includes a rearranged version of the group’s earlier song “Issei,” along with a DVD featuring the “Dance Forever” music video. First Press B includes a rearranged version of “Rebellion,” with its DVD containing the “My Only” music video and a dance performance version of the track. The Regular Edition adds two new songs, “Play the game” and “Beyond the line,” along with instrumental versions of both title tracks, and its first-press run comes with a 20-page photobook.
