Yui Ogura (小倉唯) and Kaori Ishihara (石原夏織), who together make up the voice actress music unit Yuikaori, will reunite for a one-night-only special event titled “YUIKAORI Anniversary Party ~One Night Reunion~” on May 9, 2027, at SGC Hall Ariake in Tokyo, according to Natalie.
The event marks roughly a decade since Yuikaori paused its music activities in June 2017. The unit was formed in 2009 and made its major-label debut in May 2010. Presale tickets for members of Ogura’s and Ishihara’s respective fan clubs are open until September 27 at 23:59, and a special website for the event has also launched, the report says.
Announcing the reunion, Ogura commented, “The one-night special event has been decided…!! I’m really looking forward to spending a special time together with everyone.” Ishihara added, “Since it’s a one-night-only event, I hope we can enjoy a fun time together with the fans who have been supporting us.”
Who is Yuikaori?
Yuikaori is a two-member voice actress music unit made up of Yui Ogura and Kaori Ishihara, formed in 2009 and known for blending idol-style performances with anime-adjacent voice acting careers. Both members are established voice actresses in Japan who have also pursued solo music activities. The unit paused its joint activities in 2017 after several years of releases and touring, and the upcoming Tokyo event will be its first joint stage appearance since then.
