Fischer’s Leader Silkroad Reveals Results of Two-Year Legal Fight Against Family’s Harasser

Silkroad (シルクロード), leader of the popular YouTuber group Fischer’s, has revealed the results of a two-year legal effort to identify a person who had been posting vicious harassment about him and his family online.

In a video, Silkroad explained that the saga began around two years ago when a YouTube account appeared that was dedicated to attacking him and his relatives. He said the content was “so awful I don’t even want to say it out loud,” and that he decided to pursue an identity disclosure request to find out who was behind the account.

Silkroad married fellow YouTuber Yun in 2023, and the couple announced the birth of their first child in April 2025. According to Silkroad, the harassment did not stop at him alone — it extended to his wife and child as well. He said his wife was pregnant at the time the abuse was happening, which made him especially furious. “To protect my family, I had to do this at least once,” he said of his decision to take legal action.

Silkroad said the disclosure request was filed on the grounds of copyright infringement, since the account in question had been using his videos and content without permission. He drew a clear line between ordinary clip or compilation videos, which he says he’s fine with, and what this account was doing. He described the account’s use of his content as not a harmless joke or a quirky fan project, but something “completely malicious” and a “concentration of ill will.”

He added that the experience left him unsettled by how harassment of that severity could come from someone with no real connection to him or his family. While he did not detail the specific legal consequences the person now faces, Silkroad’s message to anyone considering similar behavior was blunt: it’s absolutely not something you should do.

Who is Silkroad?

Silkroad is the leader of Fischer’s, one of Japan’s most popular YouTuber groups, known for its physical comedy, large-scale challenge videos, and tight-knit group dynamic. He has built a public profile as the group’s steady, big-brother-like figure. Outside of Fischer’s, Silkroad has been open about his personal life, including his 2023 marriage to YouTuber Yun and the birth of their first child in 2025, milestones he has shared with fans across his channels.

Two years. That’s how long it took just to find out who was hiding behind a keyboard to go after a man’s pregnant wife and unborn child. Let that sink in before you romanticize "anonymous internet justice." Japan’s disclosure request system is notoriously slow and expensive, which is exactly why most targets of this kind of abuse just… don’t bother, and the trolls know it. Silkroad bothering to go through the whole grueling process, win, and then calmly tell everyone "don’t do this" instead of naming and shaming is, frankly, more restrained than I would have been. I’ll say what he’s too polite to spell out: if you’re reading this and you’ve got a burner account dedicated to hating on a stranger’s family, you are the villain of this story, not him.
