Number_i has announced its first-ever world tour, titled Number_i 1st World Tour, opening with a Japan leg dubbed “Chapter 1: Japan” before expanding overseas in 2027 with “Chapter 2: Asia & North America.”
The Japan portion, called Number_i LIVE TOUR No.III, kicks off in October 2026 and will take the group to five major dome venues across the country for the first time: Sapporo, Tokyo, Nagoya, Osaka, and Fukuoka. Specific dates and venues have not yet been revealed, with organizers saying full details will be announced soon. Details for the 2027 overseas leg covering Asia and North America have also not yet been disclosed.
Ticket information for the Japan shows is being handled through the group’s official tour website, with fans directed to watch for further updates.
Who is Number_i?
Number_i is a three-member Japanese group made up of Sho Hirai (平野紫耀), Yuta Jinguji (神宮寺勇太), and Yuta Kishi (岸優太). All three were previously members of the idol group King & Prince before leaving in 2023 to launch Number_i under TOBE, the talent agency founded by producer Junnosuke Nakamura. Since debuting, the group has built a reputation for high-concept choreography and genre-blending music, quickly becoming one of the most talked-about acts to emerge from Japan’s idol scene in recent years. A world tour marks a major milestone for the group as it looks to expand its reach beyond Japan.

Five domes, first try, as a trio — I don’t think I need to spell out how big a flex that is. Number_i didn’t just leave their old group, they left with a plan, and this tour is the receipt. What I’ll be watching isn’t the Japan leg, though, it’s Chapter 2. "Asia & North America" is the part of this announcement doing the real work, because that’s TOBE saying out loud that they’re not building a domestic idol act, they’re building an export. Ticket war for those dome dates starts the second real dates drop, so if you’re a fan, set your alarms now and thank me later.
