Momoka Ariyasu, 31, a former member of the idol group Momoiro Clover Z (ももいろクローバーZ), issued a public warning on July 7 asking fans to stop tracking her travel schedule, saying that repeat offenders could face legal action.
The notice was posted to her X account through her talent agency, Apricot, under the title “A Request and Warning to Everyone.” In the statement, Ariyasu asked fans to refrain from identifying her movement schedule or the specific bullet train and flight numbers she uses. She also asked people not to intentionally board the same shinkansen or flights she is traveling on, or to wait for or approach her at stations, airports, or hotels.
She said that if such behavior is confirmed, she will respond with strict measures, including legal action. Ariyasu added that any fan club member found engaging in this conduct will be forcibly removed from the fan club and barred from attending future concerts and events.
She closed the message by asking for everyone’s understanding and cooperation so that she can continue her career safely and with peace of mind.
The post drew a wave of reaction on social media, with many commenters expressing shock that such a warning was necessary and voicing support for Ariyasu’s safety.
