The voice cast of “Hypnosis Mic -Division Rap Battle-,” a music franchise built around a rap battle between character teams, will reunite for a new concert titled “Hypnosis Mic -Division Rap Battle- 12th LIVE «MIC AS ONE»,” set for October 3 and 4, 2026, at Pia Arena MM in Kanagawa, it was announced on July 10.
The two-day show will mark the first time in two and a half years that cast members from all seven of the franchise’s divisions, representing the Tokyo-area districts of Ikebukuro, Yokohama, Shibuya, Shinjuku, and the cities of Osaka, Nagoya, and Chuo, have performed together on the same stage. The last full-division live was the 10th LIVE «LIVE ANIMA» in April 2024. Ticket applications for the earliest lottery-based presale are being accepted through the official fan club HYPSTER until July 20.
Alongside the new live announcement, organizers revealed that Blu-ray releases of the 11th LIVE «Final D.R.B», held last September and October, will arrive on September 30. That show featured division matchups drawn from the “First Stage” rap battle depicted in the Hypnosis Mic film, and each Blu-ray will include complete footage from both the Day 1 and Day 2 performances.
To mark the Blu-ray release, three special preview screening events will also be held, each tied to a specific division matchup from the 11th LIVE and paired with a talk show featuring one cast member from each of the two divisions involved. The lineup includes Haruki Ishiya and Eiji Takeuchi on September 9, Wataru Komada and Ryota Iwasaki on September 17, and Yusuke Shirai and Kento Ito on September 28. Entry to the screenings is by lottery, open to fans who pre-order the relevant Blu-ray through HYPSTER or King Records Store within a specified period.
